Wilcox Schools’ 2025 Career Day was a thrilling and highly impactful event that left our learners energized, inspired, and more hopeful about the future. From the moment the programme began, the atmosphere was filled with excitement—bright faces, eager questions, and the kind of curiosity that shows real learning is happening.
The event created a powerful space where learners could see beyond the classroom and connect their everyday studies to real-life careers. As different career paths were presented and discussed, our learners didn’t just listen—they imagined themselves in those roles. They asked thoughtful questions, shared their own aspirations, and gained clearer understanding of what it takes to succeed in different professions. This exposure helped them begin to build direction, self-belief, and ambition.
Career Day also played a key role in learners’ mental development. It supported their ability to think critically about their strengths, interests, and goals.
